After moving their services online during the pandemic, they were looking to improve their website to attract more traffic from online searches and turn more of their web visitors into paying customers.

After an initial marketing audit evaluating existing marketing activities and platforms as well as the existing website, we agreed on a set of improvements that were most likely to yield the best results.
First, I improved the customer journey on the website by updating copy and layout, focusing on the company’s USP, the clients’ needs and the products’ most relevant benefits.
Next, I researched the competition as well as the main keywords to optimise the website for search engines and improve the ranking of the relevant pages in online search results.
After re-launching the updated website, impressions in searches increased by 211% and clicks from online searches improved by 164%. Ever since, the website has been ranking on page 1 of Google’s search engine result pages (SERPs) for all the main keywords.
Most importantly, enquiries have increased substantially from companies all over the globe.
