The Project

Having decided on the new direction & target markets for their business, Gillian & Ashley wanted my help to see the transition through while also providing marketing support and training.

We started with defining a strategy for the company website to reflect the new focus, including an updated site structure, revised & new content as well as on-page search engine optimisation (SEO).

Once the changes were implemented, we started an email campaign to introduce the new product portfolio to past, existing & potential clients.

Next, we updated the existing print marketing materials to relfect the repositioning.

Finally, I held an in-house social media workshop to define their new content strategy, streamline their content creation processes & establish an editorial calendar.
