They were looking to grow their customer base and get a solid marketing strategy in place to target the German-speaking market with individual and small, bespoke group tours around Scotland.

One of our first projects was to re-design the existing website, achieving a traffic increase of 186% within two years. Additionally, a regular customer newsletter has so far increased web traffic from email by 483%, driving sales & repeat business.
A campaign for sustainable business awards in 2014 resulted in four nominations and 3 wins, including the prestigious VIBES Award for Best Micro Business.
Implementing our social media strategy increased Facebook likes by 300% within the first four weeks, improved follower engagement by 79% and developed a 133% increase in reach. Web traffic from social media channels grew by over 35% in that time.
