The local craft butcher specialises in locally & responsibly sourced Scotch Lamb & Beef, free-range Specially Selected Pork & barn-fresh poultry as well as award-winning handmade pies, sausages, haggis & puddings.
After setting up an online shop for UK-wide deliveries, they needed support with their digital marketing to boost sales.

The Results
First, we established a regular email newsletter going out to past, existing & potential customers, promoting the latest offers & specials in the shop. Next, I created a content plan for the business’s social media platforms, focusing on engaging with potential customers & driving traffic to the webshop.
To improve the performance of the existing webshop, we re-designed the website, improved the on-page SEO (search engine optimisation) and added offers & specials to the online shop.
The results were a 56% jump in web traffic as well as an 88% increase in web traffic over the busy Christmas period. Additionally, we gained 34% in organic traffic from online searches and got 135% more clicks through Facebook and Twitter with sales increasing accordingly.
