After re-branding her business, we set our eyes on re-designing Catherine’s website with a focus on improving SEO & conversion rate. These efforts resulted in a 222% jump in web traffic, 49% more new visitors and lead to a steady flow of online inquiries.
We also developed an email marketing strategy and explored ways to grow & improve Catherine’s existing mailing list. After a list clean-up, we introduced a bi-monthly newsletter to clients, leads & business contacts which is an important source of repeat business & referrals.
Additionally, we created a customer referral scheme to encourage new as well as repeat business. We constantly explore new markets and ways to reach out to specific target groups.
