Dunfermline-based Fife Sports & Leisure Trust operates and manages 14 sports & leisure facilities in Fife, Scotland, on behalf of the local council.
They’re passionate about promoting the benefits of an active lifestyle by engaging, supporting & empowering the people in Fife.

The Project
To improve their overall marketing, we created a comprehensive marketing strategy for the whole trust as well as for each of their main service areas. This also included an update of the existing brand guidelines to reflect the new marketing strategy.
Next, we established marketing plans for each of their facilities as well as internal workflows & processes to ensure future planning, budgeting & measuring.
To enable the team to carry out the new marketing efforts, we held several in-house workshops & training for staff, including copywriting & digital marketing.
