The Project

To get started, I conducted comprehensive market research for the business, including analysing possible target groups and competitors.

Based on those findings, I developed a marketing strategy defining their brand, USP, primary target groups & ideal marketing channels to raise brand awareness and generate new business & referrals.

Next, I established a marketing plan for the first year in business, giving the team a practical time & project management tool for all marketing campaigns & activities and a way to monitor the costs & results.

Going forward, I was available for ongoing marketing support on an ad-hoc basis.
