Dunfermline-based Fife Sports & Leisure Trust operates and manages 14 sports & leisure facilities in Fife, Scotland, on behalf of the local council. They’re passionate about promoting the benefits of an active lifestyle by engaging, supporting & empowering the people in Fife. To achieve this goal, they were looking to optimise their marketing & strengthen their brand.
The Project:
- Defining a new marketing strategy for the trust as well as for their main service areas
- Establishing marketing plans & a workflow to ensure future planning & measuring
- Updating & expanding the existing brand guidelines to reflect the new marketing strategy
- Holding an in-house copywriting workshop for staff
- Optimising the digital marketing activities & processes (e.g. social media, website/SEO, email marketing)
- Supporting the team with the implementation of the new strategy
