Looking for a desk in a small, but perfectly shaped creative coworking space in Edinburgh? If you’re a desk-based freelancer, small business owner or remote worker in need of a relaxed and friendly space to work from, Co/Space might be for you!
Based in Edinburgh’s West End, the studio is part of Queensferry Street Studios and is located on the 2nd floor. It’s a lovely quiet space with lots of natural light thanks to southwest-facing windows.
This central location gives us access to all major bus routes and Edinburgh’s tram. We’re only a short walk away from Princes Street and it’s a 10-minute walk from Haymarket Station.
A shared office for like-minded people
I – Denise from sandstonecastles marketing – run the studio which has 6 desks, a kitchenette and a meeting room we use for Zoom calls, in-person meetings, lunch breaks and the odd negroni night.
Currently, I have a great group of creative people in the space with a background in marketing, copywriting and design. We believe in collaboration over competition and love having like-minded people around us to have a laugh with or bounce ideas off of.
Most of us are using the studio 2 to 3 days a week, but you can use the shared office as much or as little as you like. We play music sometimes (e.g. BBC 6 or our own playlists) and while we don’t have a full-time office dog (yet?), there will be a dog around in the office every now and then.
Every desk comes with a chair, storage space, 24/7-access, WiFi and the use of the shared kitchen and meeting room. It’s a dedicated desk (no hotdesking!) and the costs are £167/month plus your share of utilities.
Meet some of the lovely residents at Co/Space:
To make the space as safe as possible during the pandemic, we have hand sanitiser available and all surfaces are being cleaned regularly.
We also have an air quality sensor to make sure we know when to ventilate the space – we have big windows that we can open up when needed (while making sure we’re keeping warm and cosy).
